Destination d'Excelllence : qualité d'accueil et tourisme responsable
Dans le cadre de l’audit mené au cours de l’hiver 2025-2026, l’Office de Tourisme de Haute Maurienne Vanoise a obtenu le label Destination d’Excellence, valable pour une durée de 5 ans. Le processus de labellisation s’articule autour de deux axes principaux :
1. Une évaluation par audits mystères, couvrant l’ensemble des points de contact avec le public (accueil physique, téléphonique, par email et sur les réseaux sociaux, en français et en langues étrangères).
2. La conformité aux critères éco-responsables, appliqués à l’intégralité des opérations de l’office.
This label, promoted by Atout France, marks a major shift: it combines high quality standards with an eco-friendly transition—two inseparable pillars for meeting the expectations of today’s travelers.

• A longstanding commitment: the Haute Maurienne Vanoise region is already recognized for its initiatives in support of sustainable development (clothing recycling, the tourist office’s carbon footprint assessment, the Val Cenis resort’s “Flocon Vert” certification, etc.).
• A comprehensive approach: The Destination d’Excellence certification provides a rigorous framework for raising quality standards across all tourism sectors (accommodation, dining, recreation, transportation, and tourist offices), while incorporating environmental and social criteria.
