Open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 12pm, or afternoons by appointment at Maison Cantonale, 9 place Sommeiller, Modane. Permanence in Lanslebourg rue Napoléon (France Service office) every Tuesday in May and October.

Real estate agencies and reservation centers
Using a real estate agency or a central reservation service allows owners to delegate the complete management of their property.
This generally includes: marketing the property, managing the booking schedule, collecting rents and deposits, organizing cleaning, renting linen, carrying out inventories of fixtures and fittings.
In return, the owner must respect certain obligations: define in advance the weeks of personal occupancy, pay a commission to the agency, sign a management mandate for a fixed period, comply with the terms of occupancy set by the agency (which vary according to the contract).
