The Salon de l'Artisanat Mauriennais (SAM), a not-to-be-missed event in the valley, will return to the emblematic site of the Barrière de l'Esseillon on September 21 and 22, 2024.
For this eighth edition, the Salon team invites you to enjoy a unique experience in the breathtaking setting of the Redoute Marie-Thérèse, discovering the valley's talents and local trends.
For this year's event, the valley's gastronomy will be in the spotlight. Visitors to the farmers' market or the relaxation area will be able to see, smell, taste... and even take part in a cooking workshop for young and old alike.
The Salon team has some discoveries in store, welcoming new talents from the valley and astonishing artists who will play with the site and its verticality, and enhance this unique architectural heritage.
At the heart of today's concerns, Maurienne's craftsmen and partners will be demonstrating the know-how that reconciles consumption and environmental concerns, for sustainable lifestyles in the valley.
Whether for a few hours, a day or a weekend, with family or friends, visitors as well as exhibitors and partners will be able to enjoy the event in total freedom, thanks to the services set up specifically for them: exhibitor parking, visitor shuttles, childcare...
SAM 2024 is an ambitious event, co-organized by the Dauphiné Libéré/Groupe EBRA and the Haute Maurienne Vanoise community of municipalities.
All the ingredients are once again in place to ensure the success of this unique event in a unique location.
