Haute Maurienne Vanoise 2024 Tourism Conference

A day to build the future together

The 2ᵉ edition of the Assises du Tourisme will take stock of the actions taken since 2021, when a shared vision of tourism to 2030 was defined. Themed workshops, roundtables and expert talks will enliven the day to imagine together concrete solutions to the challenges ahead.

All tourism professionals and local residents are invited to participate and have their say. Shopkeepers, restaurateurs, accommodation providers, ski instructors, mountain leaders, guides... meet up on Friday November 29, in Val Cenis, for a day that will enable us to work out the concrete actions that will shape tourism in the region for years to come.

Program highlights

  • Morning: Roundtable discussions on vision 2030, innovation and transition in mountain regions.

  • Afternoon: Participative workshops to develop concrete actions on a variety of themes (mobility, skiing, culture, agriculture, marketing...).

  • Conclusion: Synthesis of the workshops and closing remarks by Séverin Duc, historian and expert in alpine foresight.

The day will then end with a convivial afterwork to extend the exchanges and discussions.
