Real estate agencies and reservation centers

Using a real estate agency or a central reservation service allows owners to delegate the complete management of their property.

This generally includes: marketing the property, managing the booking schedule, collecting rents and deposits, organizing cleaning, renting linen, carrying out inventories of fixtures and fittings.
In return, the owner must respect certain obligations: define in advance the weeks of personal occupancy, pay a commission to the agency, sign a management mandate for a fixed period, comply with the terms of occupancy set by the agency (which vary according to the contract).

How to get your your tourist accommodation?

You are an owner and you wish to have your rental accommodation labeled? Opt for the " Qualité Confort Hébergement " Haute Maurienne Vanoise label.

1 - Contact our auditor to schedule an audit appointment (about 1 hour).
2 - You will then receive by return email the result of the audit.
3 - Your accommodation is labeled: the label is awarded with the number of peaks attributed (valid for 5 years).

If your accommodation is not labelable after our audit, we will bring you all the recommendations and optimization advices necessary for it to become so. You can also benefit from renovation consulting visits (on request), offered by our consultant architect Lichô.

The "Qualité Confort Hébergement" label

What you will benefit from as a certified owner

- Privileged visibility on your resort's website and on the Haute Maurienne Vanoise website, in the " Rentals Coup de Coeur " and " Furnished rentals " sections (label-approved accommodation is displayed first in the customer search results list).
- You'll become a member of the " Club des Propriétaires Ambassadeurs " and gain access to events and advantages valid throughout the valley, in partnership with the ski areas, the Communauté de communes, ski schools, shopkeepers and craftsmen.
- You'll receive an attractive plaque bearing the label, which you can hang in your accommodation.
- The label offers customers the guarantee that your accommodation will meet their expectations.

While we were hesitating to renovate our apartment in Val Cenis Termignon which was built more than 30 years ago, the Haute Maurienne Vanoise teams gave us their support and advice to guide us in this project. The apartment no longer corresponded to current trends in terms of comfort and decoration and was therefore no longer being rented. HMV's collaborators brought us their competence and gave us practical advice in the choice of materials, the layout, and the essential elements of comfort to bring. They came several times and took very professional photos of the new property to rent. The result is amazing and from the first season we were able to find our clientele thanks to the HMV reservation site.
