Classification furnished Atout France

The Tourist Office has entered into a partnership with a classification organization in order to facilitate the procedures and to allow the renters of furnished accommodation in Haute Maurienne Vanoise to benefit from preferential rates. The platform for marketing the offer, an e-commerce tool at the heart of the tourism office's commercial strategy. It is an online reservation platform presenting the market offer ("marketplace") and transactions between buyers and sellers ("market"): it is a space allowing the commercial link between supply and demand. The HMV Marketplace has become an essential tool for facilitating the customer experience. It aggregates the territory's accommodation offer (PAP & Pros rentals, hotels, campgrounds, B&Bs, stopover gites) and packages.
In short, the Marketplace is the result of a technology that makes the overall offer of a territory and its 6 resorts accessible to the Internet user, regardless of his or her entry point.

The Market Place

Thanks to the "Open System" tools developed by our technical service provider Alliance Réseaux, each tourism professional is able to present their accommodation or leisure offer on our Internet platforms. Internet users can thus consult the offers available on the chosen dates and book their stay online. Real-time access is THE pillar of online sales!

With the web planning tool Open pro (any type of hosting), you can :

- Plan in a fluid and autonomous way your availabilities and your rates
- Activate the online booking on the websites of the Tourist Office
- Create and send automatically contracts to all your customers
- Manage your supplements and your promotions
- Implement the payment by credit card
- Synchronize your Open pro schedules with the big booking platforms (Abritel, Booking, AirB&B...) Plan

How to get labelled?

You are an owner and you wish to have your rental accommodation labeled? Opt for the " Qualité Confort Hébergement " Haute Maurienne Vanoise label.

1 - Contact our auditor to schedule an audit appointment (about 1 hour).
2 - You will then receive by return email the result of the audit.
3 - Your accommodation is labeled: the label is awarded with the number of peaks attributed (valid for 5 years).

If your accommodation is not labelable after our audit, we will bring you all the recommendations and optimization advices necessary for it to become so. You can also benefit from renovation consulting visits (on request), offered by our consultant architect Lichô.

The hosting club

What you will benefit from as a certified owner

- You will become a member of the "Club des Propriétaires Ambassadeurs" and will have access to events as well as advantages valid throughout the valley in partnership with the ski areas, ski schools, shopkeepers and craftsmen.

While we were hesitating to renovate our apartment in Val Cenis Termignon which was built more than 30 years ago, the Haute Maurienne Vanoise teams gave us their support and advice to guide us in this project. The apartment no longer corresponded to current trends in terms of comfort and decoration and was therefore no longer being rented. HMV's collaborators brought us their competence and gave us practical advice in the choice of materials, the layout, and the essential elements of comfort to bring. They came several times and took very professional photos of the new property to rent. The result is amazing and from the first season we were able to find our clientele thanks to the HMV reservation site.
