The "resort brands": Valfréjus, La Norma, Aussois, Val Cenis, Bessans, Bonneval sur Arc are the pillars of the tourism ecosystem led by the Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office.
The economic players in the resorts (town hall, ski lift company, accommodation providers, activity providers, restaurant owners, etc.) are involved in the Tourist Office by taking part in meetings organized by the Tourist Office in each resort: the resort operational cells (regular meetings during the tourist season to deal with current issues in an operational manner).
To strengthen the link with the actors of each resort, site managers are appointed by the Tourist Office for each resort. They are under the responsibility of the Director of the Tourist Office and work closely with the Vice President of the Board of Directors in charge of the resort concerned. The site managers are the privileged contacts of the actors and professionals of tourism in the resort.

In order for the Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office to be as effective as possible in terms of the national and international influence of the resorts and the destination, while maintaining a strong link with local players, the Tourist Office's services have been organized since June 1, 2022 with teams working at headquarters on all cross-cutting actions, and decentralized teams in the resorts.
The Board of Directors elects its Chairman, takes strategic orientations and structural decisions and appoints the Director of the SPL.
