The Tourist Office has launched the new websites of the resorts of Valfréjus, La Norma, Aussois, Val Cenis, Bessans and Bonneval sur Arc, as well as the Haute Maurienne Vanoise destination. New websites with a simplified navigation for the information of the customers and which will allow to better develop the assets and the DNA of each station.

New websites
A state-of-the-art digital showcase

"A lot of work has been done since this summer to get the sites online quickly. A task carried out by the teams of the Tourist Office and those of Altimax, the web agency that we have retained for the technical realization of the sites" explains Jérémie Silva, director of the Tourist Office.

Simplified navigation, easy updates

These new sites now offer the Haute Maurienne Vanoise resorts a state-of-the-art digital showcase. The navigation and the customer path have been simplified to facilitate access to tourist information and to the various offers for your stay.

Own content, common design

The new sites are also optimized for a higher display speed and lower energy consumption. Thanks to the new management interface, the communication team of the Tourist Office is also much more autonomous to make updates and evolutions than on the previous digital platform. The new sites are obviously designed for mobile browsing, which now represents nearly 70% of the traffic on the Tourist Office's sites. The new sites are also designed for the whole year: as users prepare their stay several months in advance, they must constantly find the information they need without having to switch from a "summer" site to a "winter" site.

"With one site per station, we will now be able to better exploit the DNA specific to each station. A DNA that has been redefined and clarified in late 2022. While the content and offerings of each site are unique, their design remains largely common. This has allowed us to gain in efficiency during the creation of the 7 sites, but this design also shows that we belong to the "Haute Maurienne Vanoise" family. The launch of the websites is a great step forward but it is obviously not the end of the story: the websites will be enriched and will offer new functionalities very soon. They have indeed been designed from the start as platforms that can easily evolve" says Jérémie Silva.

"A great challenge has arisen with the creation of the new digital ecosystem of the Haute Maurienne Vanoise territory and the creation of the 6 resort websites and the destination website. Indeed, the new platform must meet new strategic challenges (highlighting the promises of each resort, promoting the 4-season tourism offer, simplifying the customer journey) but also technical (interface with Apidae and Alliance Réseaux). We hope that the launch of this project marks the beginning of a long adventure with the Haute Maurienne Vanoise teams" explains Rémi Korsougne, project manager at Altimax. An agency widely recognized for its expertise and references in the tourism industry.
