The Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office is looking for its VAL CENIS resort for its Animation and Peak Time Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Your missions

Reporting to the Val Cenis Site Manager, you will work closely with elected officials, ski area management and local players to federate, energize and innovate in order to strengthen the image and influence of the resort.

You will be responsible for :

Design, organization and implementation of the program of events and highlights

  • Design, organize, develop and structure the resort's highlights and events, ensuring that they are consistent with Val Cenis' identity and visitors' expectations, while staying within the defined budget.
  • Work closely with Haute Maurienne Vanoise's events department to maximize the impact of events and enhance Val Cenis' appeal.
  • Unite and motivate teams and partners to ensure the success of the events and highlights for which you are responsible.
  • Manage and maintain the equipment provided (rooms, sound system, microphones, sports equipment, resort visuals, etc.).
  • Draw up detailed animation follow-up sheets (schedule, material requirements...) to ensure smooth and efficient organization with your teams.

Promotion, follow-up and coordination of events and highlights

  • Promote the program of activities and events by ensuring effective signage in the communes concerned.
  • Prepare the necessary elements (grids, data sheets) to feed online databases and social networks (APIDAE, Facebook...).
  • Provide the communications department with all information required for publications and poster design.

Team management

  • Ensure recruitment in collaboration with the site manager and HR department, and promote team loyalty.
  • Draw up work schedules in compliance with the French Labor Code, collective bargaining agreements and company agreements.
  • Share and delegate the workload with your teams.
  • Ensure cleanliness and good appearance of work clothes, as well as compliance with rules of behavior (professional attitude, use of telephone, alcohol and tobacco on duty).

Budget management

  • Rigorously monitor the budget allocated to animation each season.
  • Manage quotations, invoices and depreciation for animation activities.
  • Draw up a detailed financial report at the end of each season to assess how the budget has been used.
The profile you're looking for
  • Proven experience in events management, preferably in ski resorts
  • Excellent oral fluency and command of microphones essential
  • Knowledge of editing, sound and lighting, artistic sensitivity a plus
  • Required qualities: thoroughness, autonomy, dynamism and ability to bring people together
  • B driver's license
  • Ability to get around on skis (all-weather, all-snow)
Terms and conditions

Full-time CDI position status with annualized working hours.

Remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement, step 2.2, index 1730, i.e. 2170.46€ gross per month + 1/2 13th month. Additional pay for Sundays, nights and public holidays.
